I am very late posting this.I have been a full time carer for someone very special to me for four years.Our main social outlet is to go for a nice long drive.That has been impossible during summer for the last 3 years due to being unable to afford air-conditioning repair for the car.Just before Xmas 2024 Mario from Chill swooped in like an Angel to ENSURE we could use the car this summer.Flexibility, empathy,Xmas spirit and just downright Good blokeness.Thankyou Mario ~ Dylan G

I've had Mario's help twice in recent years for two different issues. He's fast and efficient. We had a few minor issues after the latest job and it speaks to his character that he was available and even keen to come to me to address these. I got things sorted myself but it was good to know he stands behind his work. Recommended for honest and fairly priced technical help with A/C. Will definitely be back if I need help with other cars. Do yourself a favour and book Chill Auto Air for any aircon issue, Mario's knowledge and experience are second to none. I can't recommend Mario more highly was on time, sorted the issue in under 15 minutes I have now super cold aircon back. My car A/C wasn’t getting cold, was told by previous owner just a re gas or possible hot / cold mixer door actuator is broken which is a dash out job. So called out to get re-gas to eliminate that, turn out wasn’t the gas, Mario had a look under the dash and saw the actuator was unplugged. He literally saved me hundreds if not more! So glad he came out and charged less than the re-gas quote. ~ Jed R

Great service and highly knowledgeable- diagnosed and fixed problem fast. I described symptoms and car model over phone and he said what it would likely be be based on model and symptoms (which was different to my googling and failed self assessment and attempts to rectify) He got the part, arrived and was 100% right. (Could easily have told me I needed work that wasn't needed and I wouldn't have known any different). HIGHLY recommended! Mario's fixed my Audi A4 aircon it would not turn on, his experience showed when he found the high pressure sensor was not connected to the aircon system "previous mechanic mush have not connected it properly", he then re-gassed the aircon as it was a bit low and it now works like new, ready for the summer. I definitely recommend Mario from Chill Auto Air. ~ peter k

I sent Mario a video of the problem that I had with my Aircon. He diagnosed the issue and ordered the part. Once the part arrive Mario set up an appointment to do the repair. He completed the task very proficiently and got my Aircon system working correctly again. Mario is the person you can trust and want to work on your vehicle. Absolutely stellar service! Really great to have a local AC repairman that is no nonsense, straight to the point and delivers. Mario came out to our house to check the car and quote the fix - after ringing around he was the cheapest price and fastest service. Would recommend using Chill Auto Air - but they do get busy over Summer, so be patient please! Car is now nice and cool in the Melbourne heat (one repairer told me to come back in Winter!) ~ Steve H

The honestest guy. I thought I need to re-gas my air-condition for my little car, booked an appointment and arrived there. He tested and told me it is full gas, not need to replace it and should save my money, also educated me, " not compare cars..." Charged nothing and let me leave. Thanks again. ~ Xie W
